Doubling the Performance of a Powerhouse

Booyah Advertising engaged Distill to help re-architect the DishTV.com order checkout process. The objective was simple: improve the conversion of visitors who order Dish services online. So we suggested a major change in layout that would present options in a more digestible way. Then we redesigned the content elements within the flow. We considered how the checkout process fit into a user's overall visit to the Dish site, instead of thinking of the checkout process within a vacuum. The result? The new flow performs twice as well as the previous implementation.
